1. Prerequisites

A registered custom domain (e.g., app.yourfitness.com)
High-resolution logo (PNG/SVG, recommended 512x512)
Your brand color palette (Primary Hex codes)
Stripe account for payment integration

2. Subscribe to a Tier

Log in to NeuronPathway and navigate to the Subscription tab. Upgrade to the Growth or Studio tier to unlock white-labeling and partner features.

3. Access the Partner Dashboard

Once subscribed, open the Partner Dashboard from the sidebar. This is your command center for managing branding, analytics, and custom domain settings.

4. Apply Your Branding

In the Partner Dashboard, upload your app logo, set your primary brand color, and input your custom Support Email for client inquiries.

5. Custom Domain Configuration

Enter your custom domain in the dashboard. You will receive DNS CNAME records. Add these records to your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare) to link your app.

6. Set Up Client Billing

Connect your Stripe Connect account in the Payments tab. This ensures any subscriptions or session payments made by your clients go directly into your bank account.

Use the 'Add Client' feature on the dashboard to send white-labeled email invitations to your existing client base, seamlessly onboarding them to your specialized app.
