Personal Trainer
Quick Start
From sign-up to managing a full client roster in 7 steps. AI does the heavy work so you can focus on coaching.
Sign Up & Choose "Personal Trainer"
Create your free account and select the Personal Trainer role during onboarding.
- Visit /auth and enter your name and email
- Select "Personal Trainer" as your role
- Verify your email and set a secure password
- Your 30-day free trial starts immediately — full access
Add Your First Client
Navigate to your sidebar, click "Add Client", and fill in their profile.
- Go to Sidebar → Add Client
- Enter client name, email, goals, and any injuries
- The client receives an invite email with a link to set their password and access their dashboard
- Their profile appears on your PT Dashboard instantly
Create a Training Plan
Open a client profile, hit "Create Training Plan", and let AI build a programme or do it manually.
- Go to Client Profile → Create Training Plan
- Choose AI-generated (set goals, days, equipment) or build manually
- AI creates a periodised programme with exercise selection, sets, reps, and RPE
- Edit any exercise, swap movements, adjust volume — full control
Build a Meal Plan
From the client profile, create a nutrition plan with macro targets and AI-generated meals.
- Go to Client Profile → Create Nutrition Plan
- Set calorie target, macro split, dietary preferences, and allergies
- AI generates a full meal plan with recipes and portion sizes
- Adjust any meal, add alternatives, set meal timing
Schedule Sessions
Book coaching sessions, add video call links, and manage your calendar.
- Go to Sessions page from the sidebar
- Click "New Session" and select a client
- Set date, time, duration, and session type (in-person or online)
- Add a video call link for remote sessions
Track Client Progress
Review weekly check-ins, view charts, and monitor compliance.
- Go to Client Profile → Check-Ins to see submitted check-ins
- View weight trends, mood, energy, and compliance charts
- Compare progress photos side-by-side over time
- AI flags clients who need attention (missed workouts, stalled progress)
Manage Your Business
Track revenue, manage payments, and use templates to scale.
- Revenue Dashboard shows monthly income, active clients, and growth trends
- Payments page handles invoicing and Stripe integration
- Templates let you save and reuse training and nutrition plans
- Partner Dashboard (if applicable) shows white-label metrics
