    STEP 01

    Sign Up & Choose "Athlete / Solo"

    Create your free account and select the Athlete / Solo role.

    • Visit /auth and enter your name and email
    • Select "Athlete / Solo Trainer" as your role
    • Verify your email and set a secure password
    • 30-day free trial starts immediately — full access to every feature
    STEP 02

    Create Your Workout

    Go to My Plan and let AI build your personalised training programme.

    • Navigate to My Plan → Create Workout
    • Enter your goal (build muscle, lose fat, endurance, general fitness)
    • Set available days, equipment, and session length
    • AI generates a periodised programme — edit any exercise freely
    STEP 03

    Set Nutrition Goals

    Build your meal plan with macro targets and AI-generated meals.

    • Go to My Plan → Create Meal Plan
    • Enter calorie target, macro split, and dietary preferences
    • AI generates daily meals with recipes and portions
    • Swap meals, set allergies, and adjust timing to suit your schedule
    STEP 04

    Start Training

    Open Workouts, pick a routine, and start your session.

    • Go to Workouts and select today's session
    • Follow the exercise list — log sets, reps, weight, and RPE
    • Rest timer and exercise notes guide you between sets
    • AI tracks your training load and suggests when to progress
    STEP 05

    Track Your Food

    Log meals in the Nutrition Hub — quick log or use the AI scanner.

    • Go to Nutrition Hub from the sidebar
    • Quick log a meal by selecting food items and portions
    • Use AI scanner to photograph your plate and auto-detect macros
    • Daily and weekly macro breakdowns keep you on track
    STEP 06

    Check In Weekly

    Submit weekly check-ins to track your progress over time.

    • Go to My Plan → Check-In
    • Log body weight, mood, energy, sleep quality, and training adherence
    • Optionally upload a progress photo
    • Charts show your trends over weeks and months

    Explore AI Features

    Use the AI Coach chat, Form Analysis, and Recovery Hub to level up.

    • AI Coach: ask anything — programming advice, meal ideas, form corrections
    • Form Analysis: live camera pose tracking, then optional AI-written technique report
