Quick Start
Your PT has set everything up. Here is how to view your plan, train, track food, and stay connected with your coach. 7 simple steps.
Your PT Sends You a Signup Link
Your Personal Trainer adds you as a client and you receive an invite email with a link to set your password.
- Check your email for an invite from NeuronPathway — it contains a link to set your password
- Click the signup link in the email
- If you do not see it, check your spam folder or ask your PT to resend
Create Your Account
Sign up for free — no charge for 30 days. Your PT handles the subscription.
- Enter your name, email, and set a secure password
- Your role is automatically set to "Client"
- Verify your email address
- You are linked to your PT's account instantly
View Your Training Plan
Go to My Plan to see the programme your PT has built for you.
- Navigate to My Plan from the sidebar or dashboard
- See your weekly training schedule with exercises, sets, and reps
- Tap any exercise for instructions, videos, and form tips
- Your plan updates automatically when your PT makes changes
Start a Workout
Tap any workout day, follow the exercises, and log your sets and reps.
- Open today's workout from My Plan or Workouts
- Follow the exercise list in order
- Log weight, reps, and RPE for each set
- Rest timer guides you between sets
Log Your Food
Track your meals in the Nutrition Hub to stay on your macro targets.
- Go to Nutrition Hub from the sidebar
- Quick log meals by selecting food items and portions
- See daily calorie and macro breakdown
- Your PT can review your nutrition adherence
Submit Weekly Check-Ins
Log your weight, mood, and energy each week. Your PT reviews these.
- Go to My Plan → Check-In
- Enter body weight, mood, energy level, and sleep quality
- Optionally upload a progress photo
- Your PT sees your check-in and adjusts your plan accordingly
Message Your PT
Use the Messages feature to chat directly with your trainer anytime.
- Go to Messages from the sidebar
- Send text messages to your PT
- Ask questions about exercises, nutrition, or scheduling
- Your PT receives notifications and responds directly
Everything Handled for You
Your PT Manages Everything
Training plans, nutrition, and session scheduling are all handled by your Personal Trainer. You just follow the plan.
Just Show Up and Train
Every workout is laid out for you — exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods. Tap start and follow along.
Free for Clients
Your account is free. Your PT handles the subscription. No credit card or payment required on your end.
Need an Invite?
Ask your Personal Trainer to add you as a client. They will enter your email and you will receive an invite email with a link to set your password.
